Unleashed Pickleball Paddle – Replacement Warranty Term
The Unleashed Crew has you covered. Buy and play with peace of mind. If your paddle breaks, you’re entitled to a one-time, no-questions-asked replacement.
1. Coverage
This Replacement Warranty applies exclusively to the Apex Unleashed Pickleball Paddle and provides the purchaser with one (1) replacement paddle during the twelve (12) month period commencing from the original date of paddle purchase.
2. Warranty Benefit
Under this warranty, the customer is entitled to a one-time, no-questions-asked replacement of their Apex Unleashed Pickleball Paddle if it becomes damaged or unusable during normal play within the warranty period.
3. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must: Contact Unleashed HQ to initiate a warranty claim. Return the damaged paddle to Unleashed HQ at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt and confirmation of the returned paddle, Unleashed will dispatch a replacement paddle to the customer. No replacement paddle will be issued until the damaged paddle has been received by Unleashed HQ.
4. Limitations
This warranty is limited to one (1) replacement paddle per warranty purchase. Once a replacement paddle has been issued, the warranty is deemed fulfilled and exhausted. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Replacement paddles do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: Loss or theft of the paddle. Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance. Damage caused by intentional misuse, abuse, or modification. Damage occurring outside normal pickleball play.
6. Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged paddle to Unleashed HQ. Unleashed will cover standard shipping costs for posting the replacement paddle, unless otherwise stated.
7. Governing Terms
Unleashed reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if the terms of this policy are not met. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer law and does not limit statutory consumer guarantees.
