Refund & Returns Policy

At Unleashed Pickleball Club (U.P.C.), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
 

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or faulty items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags still attached

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

  • The item is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable item (see below)

Items returned outside of this timeframe or not in resaleable condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

  • We do not offer refunds on used items unless they are deemed faulty

     

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. different size or style), please return the original product and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@upcpickleball.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for return and cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase

  • Used paddles, clothing, or gear (unless deemed faulty)

  • Customized or made-to-order items



How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@upcpickleball.com with the following:

  • Full name and order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Unleashed Pickleball Club reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above. We appreciate your understanding and support as a growing Australian pickleball brand.
