At Unleashed Pickleball Club (U.P.C.), we are committed to delivering high-quality pickleball gear in a timely and reliable manner. The following terms apply to all orders placed through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
For Australian orders:

Standard shipping: estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days

Express shipping: estimated delivery in 1 to 3 business days (metro areas only)
For international orders:

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and service availability in your country.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed. Unleashed Pickleball Club is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected service.

Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over $150 AUD.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of delivery delays, returns, refusal of delivery, or parcels returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly. Unleashed Pickleball Club is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend selecting “signature on delivery” if available.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for lost or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to address errors or failed delivery attempts will incur additional shipping charges if re-shipped. In such cases, the customer is responsible for:

International Orders – Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Customers placing international orders are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, the parcel may be returned to us (where permitted). In such cases, any refund will be processed less all shipping fees, customs charges, and a restocking fee if applicable.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or missing an item, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and product(s). We will assess the issue and assist you in lodging a claim with the shipping provider if necessary.
Please note: we are not responsible for damage caused in transit by the carrier. Claims for shipping-related damage must be made through the courier.
Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels
Orders that are refused at delivery or not collected from post offices or courier depots may be returned to us. If so, the customer will be responsible for:
